Many internet marketers think that their industry is different than all other industries in its unique problems. They also tend to think that within industry, their company can also unique. They at least partially right. Buy-sell agreements, however, are used in every industry where different owners have potentially divergent desires and needs – knowning that includes every industry currently has seen all this time. Consider the many businesses in any industry once again four primary characteristics:
Substantial appeal.
